Please read this document carefully before using cb500x services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the cb500x platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the cb500x platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review this page to stay informed about the latest effective version.
The cb500x platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm you have reached the minimum age requirement. cb500x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To fully use cb500x services, users are required to register an account with truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts without notice.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account passwords and login details confidential. cb500x is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts caused by the user’s own negligence in safeguarding their security information. Users must notify cb500x immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their accounts.
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or any harmful activities against other users. cb500x reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate actions, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to relevant authorities.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cb500x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used are in their own name and legally valid. Using third-party payment methods without permission is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Cb500x offers various local payment options including bank transfers via FPX and recognized e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are updated periodically. Users are encouraged to check their account’s deposit section for the current applicable limits.
Withdrawals will be processed to the registered bank account held under the same name as the cb500x account holder. cb500x reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, especially for amounts exceeding certain limits or where account activity requires further confirmation. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take from a few minutes up to three working days.
Cb500x is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment providers related to transactions made through this platform.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limitations
Cb500x does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or be completely secure at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, cb500x is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical issues, data loss, or game results.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cb500x reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, bonus or promotion abuse, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or other users. If an account is closed for these reasons, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the investigation outcome. Users who believe their account was unfairly closed may appeal by contacting cb500x support via email.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the cb500x platform are exclusive property of cb500x or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission from cb500x.
